Good day. Ask ko lang po regarding sa tardiness. Ako po ay isang private regular employee. lagi po aq nalate aq noong may 2015. nabigayan ako ng memo ng HRD. laki gulat ko kc pang 3rd ko na yun sa taong ito na dapat ay 1st . Isinama pala yun dati ko late noong 2014 na pang 2nd offense nang taong iyon. nagreklamo aq sabi ko dapat hindi isanama ang offense ko noong 2014, sa pagkaalam ng ko at karamihan ng empleyado dito narenew o narefresh yun late at absenteeism taon taon. sinabi ko ito sa HR. sabi malaking kalokohan daw yun kung magkaganun. continous ang sanction mula ng regular ka na hanggang sa kasalukuyan. kung narerefresh iyon dapat nakalagay sa policy ng company pero bakit walang inilagay doon noong ninirevise ang policy. wala na akong nagawa / nasabi kaya tinanggap ko na lang ang offense ko para sa 2015 bilang pang 3rd.
sabi ng dole. dapat renew yearly kahit wala sa policy.
Kaso Institution po ang company pinagtatrabahuan ko, base sa ethicists kung walang nakalagay sa policy ay walang magagawa / mahahabol ang nagrereklamo.

tama po ba ang DOLE? Mayroon po ba nakalagay sa labor code o labor laws natin hingil sa suliranin ko?
may mangyayari po ba sa reklamo ko?

Public Policy po siguro ang basehan ng DOLE. DOLE din naman ang hahawak sa mga kasong ganyan kung sakali. Pero as far as my opinion and the law is concerned. Depende lahat yan sa kontrata at batas.
