I filed my resignation last Nov. 20, 2015 and indicated that my last day on the company would be Dec. 22, 2015 but according to our HR supervisor they accepted my resignation but not the date of effectivity because according to my contract I should wait for my replacement then render 30 working days to endorse and train my replacement which is clearly not stated on the contract. She also said that the 30 days should be 30 working days so I should count 30 working days my last day in the company, is that the case? Furthermore up until now I still don't have a replacement. Here is what is stated on my contract.
"In case you intend to resign from the company, you are required to notify the company at least thirty 30 days prior to the effectively of your resignation, otherwise, failure on your part to do so will render you liable for damages. However, it within the sole discretion of the company whether or not to accept such resignation earlier than expiration of said period."
