I would just like to ask if I do have valid reason to charge my employer of double jeopardy when they charges me of a terminable offense for a same case. initially I was issued a final warning for negligence on the first case however, I was issued once again another notice to explain for the same case because, what they are telling me is that, when the first case is being investigated they had found inconsistencies with my explanation thus they investigated further and gave me a charge of Dishonesty. The first final warning I received was for negligence since they had proven that I was just negligent on failing to follow process but eventually after that final warning a second charge was issued to me saying that I was also dishonest because what I explained to them for failing to follow process gave birth to a new case.
