We are writing you this message in the hope of enlightening us further on the issues we are currently having in the company.
We ( the management team ) have been employed with our company for many years, averaging 8-10 years in tenure. During the 1st few years of our employment, the company has been giving us a 5% increase on our basic salary. This goes for all the employees, on all departments. We also have this indicated on paper.However, In 2012, the company suddenly stopped giving us this annual increase,which went on for 2 years. It was only us, the management team that was affected. The agents continued to receive their annual 5% increase. 2 years later, they gave us back the annual increase but this was lowered down to 1.5%. This was until last year when they changed it to 2%.
Can we file a case of diminution of benefits against the company? Please enlighten us on this one.
