One of our employee suffered a “Mild Attack” upon reporting for work last May 2016, He was on leave until today. We let him use his healthcard eversince he went on leave. Unfortunately he fails to go to his therapy sessions. To date he's not fit to work yet. We cannot wait for him to go back to his post for the position has been vacant for almost a year now. Are we liable to pay him separation pay if we want to terminate his employment with us? He's with the company for 7years now. And also up to what extent is the company liable to him. Thank you
