I was an employee of an outbound call center. and had a role as a team leader to the account. Upon getting a job i was not able to get or sign any contract but they provide me my hourly rate and allowances. upon double checking when i resigned i have notice that 2 weeks of my salary was not paid because after training the owner/manager told us that they need to put our salary on hold in such event if ever we will resign it will serve as our back pay. but it did not happened. they have only given me 1500.00 as my back pay for 5 months, and no 13th month pay was given as well. please help i have filed a complaint to labor already. but they said i cant get anything because i was not able to sign any contract from them.
