Hello po may question lang po ako regarding sa Maternity Leave refusal. So I suffered miscarriage last April 16, 2019 and I was just given medication since 6 weeks pa lang naman po ako pregnant. I was advised by my OB na mag rest lang until April 30th. I was granted the leave naman po but since I am in 100% ready to be back to work gusto ko sana i-refuse yung Maternity Leave na pinapatake sakin ng company. Is a fit-to-work clearance from my OB enough para pabalikin nila aq sa work?or mandatory talaga ang Maternity Leave regardless if the employee refused to take it?. May Law po ba na iviviolate si company if they grant my wis to return to work and refuse maternity leave ?. Thanks in advance po !
