Documenting Company's Moves to Harass an employee. 6 years 6 months ago #3815

Greetings:
1. My daughter have been subjected to a number of actions by her multinational employee, including preventive suspension that did not meet required "due process", reassignment to an area very far from her home. She lives in Baguio and presently assigned in Pangasinan. The company HR told her that she will be assigned somewhere in the Visayas. She has written the company to make formal the offer. The company is clever not to make these instructions in writing.

2. Also, her email letters are usually followed by hard copies as proof of communication. No one wants to receive them instead they wanted the guards to sign the acceptance receipt.

How we go about it?

Thanks and more power.

If the company is creating an environment where the employee will be forced to leave work, this is tantamount to constructive dismissal. So, if your daughter leaves work because of the company's illegal actions, she may file a case against them in the nlrc.
