Dear atty,

Ako po ay may kasong falsifying of documents sa aming kumpanya. Umabot po ng 290k ang reimbursements na aking pineke ng pirma. Last week po nag-umpisang malaman ito ng aming finance department at hindi ko naman itinanggi ang aking kasalanan. Agad po ay nagfile ako ng resignation hindi para tumakas ngunit upang maipang-bayad ang aking separation pay sa nagawa kong kasalanan. Ako po ay 10yrs na sa aming kumpanya kaya't naisip ko na makaka-bawas ito sa kasalanang nagawa ko. Simula po nung isang linggo ay hindi na ako pumapasok dahil sa kahihiyan at sobrang depress din ako sa nangyaring ito. Ngayon po ay may dumating na sulat mula sa aming kumpanya na hindi nila tinatanggap ang aking resignation dahil sa patuloy pa rin daw nilang pag-imbestiga sa aking kaso. Bagkus ay 1month immediate suspension lamang ang ibinibigay nilang parusa sakin simula oct29-nov 28 2012.
Atty, nais ko na po sanang magresign ng tuluyan. Hindi ko naman po tatakasan ang aming kumpanya, sadyang puno na po ako kahihiyan, kaba at sobrang pag-iisip sa nagawa kong ito. Gusto ko po sana gumawa ng sulat para sa aming kumpanya na magbabayad naman ako na kung maari ay stallment lamang. Maaari po ba ito? Ano po ba ang dapat ko sabihin sa kanila para tanggapin na nila ang aking resignation?

Mag resign ka lang ng ayon sa batas. Bigyan mo sila ng notice na 30 days. Pag maayos and iyong pag-file ng resignation, wala sila magagawa dahil walang tao ang pwedeng piliting magtrabaho.

Attorney, nag-submit po ako ng resignation letter sa aking manager bago ako umalis. Pero yung pinaka division manager po namin ay ayaw nya yun pirmahan kaya hindi po ito makarating sa hr. Kaya naisip ko po na gumawa ng arrangement letter sa kanila kasi willing naman ako magbayad.

Just do it then. You can leave your job anytime. You can only be liable for leaving your job if you abandoned it.

Ano po ba ang maaari ko ibigay na katibayan sa kanila na talagang magbabayad ako at hindi ko sila tatakasan. Baka po kasi pag kinausap ko sila ay diskumpyado pa rin sila at di maniwala. Sapat na po ba ang sulat?
