Land without title yet owned by my deceased grandmother has been occupied by her nieces for more than 45 yrs.with houses already built in it. We as the real heirs are the ones paying the arrears and would like to them to vacate the lot. We already inquired from the LRA and that the past decree should be cancelled and filed in court due they cannot retrieved the microfilm. We are working on it now to complete documents to obtain a land title.
From the local registry a tax declaration was issued and states that the owner is my grandmother.
I am now the administrator and we already sent letters for them to either buy or vacate the land. Their response is they don't have money when in fact my cousin is a retired pensioner and .heir nieces too are working abroad. How do we go about this because it's about time that we make use of our land because we are also getting older. Thank you.
