Greetings Atty,

i would just like to ask a few question regarding my liability on my pet dog, my pet was condoned with a chained to protect my goat farm , which has perimeter fence of barbed wire all over my lot property, it so happened that my dog collar chained lock was detached and went away to my adjacent lot owners house and bitten all rooster in the area. Do i have liabilities to the owner of the rooster. i gave monetary value of 10, 000.00 to compensate the losses. do ihave still liabilities on my pet? thank you for your advice,
Respectfully yours.

Yes, the pet owner is liable to all the damages caused by his pet.
