Good day Atty.

Bumili po kmi ng property ng husband ko dito sa Negros Occidental last Dec 2014. We paid the whole down payment and plan to apply a home loan sa Pag-ibig. We paid the equity for 6mos. The developer informed us that sila na LNG and magproprocess sa Pag-ibig. We passed the needed documents. Until now and title nandun daw sa Registry of deeds. Hindi pa na e process sa Pag-ibig. We also added an extra lot. They informed us na kailangan nmin magbayad ng monthly since hindi pa namin alam kung magkano ang e grant ng Pag-ibig na amount. Ang in-house financing nila is sobrang mahal. Sabi ko sa manager, since e push thru namin sa Pag-ibig, mg pay LNG kmi ng ganitong amount. Sabi nya OK LNG daw kasi ebabalik nman nila ang extra kung OK na ang loan. Mag 1 year na LA pa rin. May kapitbahay kmi na ng loan sa bank. Maliit daw ang interest. We decided na epa bank na LNG PRA mas madali nila e process ang title. Na approve na sa bank. Humingi ako ng ledger PRA malaman ko kung my babayaran pa kmi or wala na. Laking gulat ko na parang walang na minus na amount sa binayad ko, halos 400k na naibayad ko. Ang halaga ng lupa is 1.2M. Ang equity is 308,970. Sabi 0 interest daw. Tpos ang balance namin is 1.045M pa. Sabi ko San napunta ang nabayad nmin, sabi nila sa interest daw na 18%.

Sana po matulungan nyo kmi ksi ang ibang kapitbahay namin parang ginigipit na rin nila. Hindi kmi makapag process ng loan kasi my problema ang title nila. Hanggang ngayon NASA old developer pa nka name ang title. Sabi ng broker clean title daw. Tpos pagprocess ng tax clearance nka name sa old developer.
