We bought a condo unit from a developer 4 years ago because of what the agent showed us, the design showed is now totally different, the amenities, the facilities and their future developement design of the area thats the reason why we bought the unit in the first place. Now we are not even done with our 20% down we have been paying for 4 years to the developer. The plan to develop the area/ place has already changed because its now a different developer who will be developing the area. We dont like the new developers plan to the area. What is our legal right? Do we fall in P.D. 957 – Your Protection Against Real Estate Misrepresentations section 23.
What we want is to get the full refund of what we paid to them.
