Hello,
I am helping US citizens, mostly men, to get married in other countries. I don’t do any matching service or marriage brokerage, don’t have or supply to our clients any contact info on potential spouses, etc. Most of our customers find their parties on dating sites or internet social sites like Facebook, etc. and give us their contacts, so we get in touch with their parties to make sure that the people are real, there is no scam or fraud, etc. USA has some strict laws like The International Marriage Broker Regulation Act, etc. And we follow all laws and regulations. In particular, our goal is to help both parties to avoid any scam or fraud, to supply both parties real and truthful info about each other, to avoid any persons with criminal records, etc. We also provide our customers with consulting and support on travelling, obtaining US visas, etc.
Philippines is one of the countries where US citizens are searching for their prospective spouses. In this regard I would like to ask if our activity doesn’t conflict with Philippines Republic Act 10906, “The Anti-Mail Order Spouse Law”. Again, we don’t do any marriage brokerage, matchmaking, etc. and don’t provide anybody with any contact info. We just help international couples to avoid possible fraud and support them with some routine issues like travelling, obtaining visas, etc.
Thank you for your help!
