Magandang Araw po,

Gusto ko lang po mag ask kung ano po ang dapat ko gawin after receiving Resolution from the Office of procecutor.
Ngfile po kc ako ng kaso n qualified theft s kapitbahay namin dahil nang ako po ay umalis ng bansa iniwan ko s kanya ang susi ng bahay para maicheck po nya habang wala ako. Pero pagbalik ko po nalaman ko na nawawala n ang laptop n iniwan ko sa cabinet. Tinanong ko po cya at inamin naman po nya n nsa kanya at nacra dw po nya ipinaayos pero after few days po inamin nya na isinanla nya para ipantulong s panggastos ng manganganak nya na asawa.
Now po nakalagay s resolution n simple theft lang dw po ang kaso at d qualified theft.
Ano po ba ang difference ng dalawa? At ano po ang next n dapat ko gawin?

Mas mataas ang penalty ng Qualified Theft sa Simple Theft. Ang Qualified Theft ay may qualified aggravating circumstance na kasali sa krimen samantalang wala sa Simple Theft.

Kung di ka sang ayon sa resolution ng prosecutor ay pwede ka mag appeal sa DOJ. Pag sang ayon ka naman, tuloy lang.
